We started with a simple belief: every family in Kathmandu deserves access to safe, clean, affordable drinking water — delivered to their door.

Neo Paani was founded in Kathmandu with one delivery route and one purpose: bring safe, lab-tested drinking water to families who needed it. Nepal's municipal water supply has long struggled with consistency and quality — we built Neo Paani to solve that.
Over 15 years, we grew from a neighbourhood service to a brand trusted by thousands of homes, offices, hotels, and cafes across Kathmandu, Lalitpur, and Bhaktapur. Our fleet of dedicated riders knows many of our customers by name.
In 2018 we achieved ISO 22000 certification — the international food safety standard for water processing — and have maintained it through annual audits ever since. We publish our lab reports publicly so you always know what's in your jar.
