Frequently asked questions

How do I subscribe?

The easiest way is to WhatsApp us with your preferred frequency and delivery day. We'll confirm your schedule and you're set. You can also order from the shop and mention "subscription" in the notes.

Can I change my delivery day or frequency?

Yes, anytime. Just WhatsApp us at least 24 hours before your next scheduled delivery and we'll adjust it for you.

What if I'm not home during delivery?

Let us know in advance and our rider will leave the fresh jar at your door and take the empty. Most subscribers do this regularly.

How do I pay for subscriptions?

Cash on delivery, eSewa, or Khalti for each delivery. We don't charge in advance — you pay when the jar arrives.

Can I subscribe to bottles too?

Yes — subscriptions are available for our 330ml, 500ml, and 1L bottle packs too. Contact us on WhatsApp to set up a bottle subscription.

Is there a minimum number of deliveries?

No minimum. Subscribe for one delivery and cancel if you want — though we're confident you'll stick with it once you taste the difference.
